How poor will this recession get?

This economic situation is looking worse every hour, I'm scared. Anyone know how awful it will become? anyone have any insight on how to remain above water?

I'm glad I live in Canada, I don't think we're going to have a recession, however I think that the markets will keep falling until they level off, and growth starts to happen.



I just opened up an investment portfolio and now i'm waiting for a bit before I start putting money in. with some smart investing, it should be like Sears but on sale.
