Whenever my boyfriend and I argue I can't look at him. The other night we got into a fight and he got upset because I wouldn't look at him. After a whilr I started crying and after I was done and we were all settled and calm/made up he wanted me to look him in the eyes. I tried so hard to but I couldn't, every part of me was fighting it. I started to breath hard and I took quick glances at his face but never his eyes... it was just impossible.
I've had similar problems with looking at people before but never this bad. He doesn't hit me or anything but I was abused in my past.
Why do you think this is such a big problem for me? Could my past be why?
