Older Boyfriend..

Basically I'm 16&My boyfriend is going to be 22 in october&because he is older than me he has had sex with a lot of girls&I always feel like I'm in competition because the other girls might be better than me at being intimate should we say, so it always makes me feel sad but he always says I'm perfect.. I just need some advice? I'm open to answering any questions that might help you give me advice
