Time does fly!

I could really use some tea right now. It's nice to be able to just relax! *adds two sugar cubes to her mug of warm freedom, from which billowing clouds of steam eminate and condensation falls as if in reminder of the silent tears she has cried.*

I'm a little delayed here, haha, but hey! I think we all remember this place time to time and try to come visit - I know I do! This place holds a very special place in my heart. It's funny to think an online community holds a special place, but hey to each their own right?

Good gracious, it's been so long since I've been here. I just wanted to echo the words of Lena and the rest of you who have returned recently-- this site and you all hold a very special place in my heart. I am endlessly grateful for all your love and support at such a difficult time in my life. This is a wonderful place, and I'm so glad to see it's still around!



As I poked about the main site a bit, I was completely shocked to see my story in the articles section, then I was floored to see the number of hits it has gotten (then I got a little queasy when 22-year-old me re-read 14-year-old me's writing... *shudders*). I hope the story has helped, and I'm flattered that it is being shared in this way.
